1. Who We Are

The Service is provided by Paul Spieker ("Viddy", "we", "us", "our"), located at Paul Spieker, Ringstr. 67a, 12205 Berlin.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with a parent or legal guardian's consent.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us at hallo@viddle.it if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your Content

  • You retain ownership of your User Content.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.
  • You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant these permissions and that your User Content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities; to post infringing or hateful content; or to attempt to access or interfere with the Service or other users' data.

6. Paid Features (If Applicable)

If we offer paid features, you agree to pay all fees and taxes associated with your purchase. Billing terms will be provided at checkout.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users, with notice where required by law.
